Flight tickets may or may not be refundable depending on airlines cancellation policy, per sector charges will be applicable.
If airlines cancels the flight and as schedule the group is unable to carry the trip, then situation based decision will be undertaken by Planex travels
Land packages cancelled due to personal reasons within grace peroid of 40 days before arrival will attract 100 % retention charges

Check-in time at most hotels is around 1500 hrs and check out at 1200 hrs
This is an economy affordable package, rooms booked are our standard base category rooms. If any one so requires they can pay extra and book a room with a view etc.
